1. Attention Moon-Jong Hong, a Chairman of the Board of Kukkiwon

Moon-Jong Hong, who is in charge of the Board of Kukkiwon has displayed terrible misconduct that betrays the order of ranks, dignity and trust

among the Taekwondo practitioners of the world. His misconduct desecrates ‘Dan’ which forms the backbone of Taekwondo, a national sport of Korea

and a basis of Korea’s national globalization. We demand that all misconducts by Moon-Jong Hong cease immediately.

2. Attention Jong-Duk Kim, The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Jong-Duk Kim is responsible for the promise he has made to discontinue the ‘Special Dan Promotion Test’ in which he verbally declared to Dae-Sung Moon,(2004 Athens Olympic heavyweight gold medalist, IOC athlete member)a member of the National Assembly.

3. SPECIAL COUNTERMEASURE! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

All matter caused by the idea of the ‘Special Dan Promotion Test’ has catastrophically affected the pride of 80 millions of Taekwondo practitioners

around the world. This thoughtless idea will also adversely affect every instructor who leads the next generation of this Martial Arts as well.
All determined Taekwondo practitioners from all around the world hereby demand the Chairman of the ‘Special Dan Promotion Test’ committee along

with the related staff to take full responsibility for creating such big disarray among Taekwondo community!

1. 대한민국 세계화의 원류인 국기 태권도, 태권도의 근간인 신성한 단을 훼손하여 전 세계 태권도 인들의 위계질서와 존엄성 신뢰를 저버린 홍문종 국기원 이사장은 이 한심스러운 작태를 즉각 철회하라!

2. 김종덕 문체부 장관은 국기원 특심 관련 문대성(2004 아테네올림픽 금메달 리스트, IOC선수위원) 의원 질문에 답한 국기원 월단 특별 심사를 중지시켰다고 말한 공언을 책임지고 실천하라!

3. 전 세계 8천만 태권도인 들과 그 가족들에게 국기원 단의 위상을 추락시키고 태권도 지도자들의 자존심을 짓 밝은 이러한 사태를 야기 시킨 특별심사 위원장을 비롯한 국기원이사 전원은 책임을 지고 사퇴하라!
